A dashboard that ingests field data from an active construction site and converts it into AI-powered status summaries and formatted stakeholder reports. Different report templates for different audiences. Owners, contractors, subcontractors. Updates automatically as new data arrives, so no one has to compile the reports.

The dashboard ingests field data through multiple channels (manual entry and photo uploads) and processes it through AI-powered analysis pipelines. Status summaries are generated automatically at configurable intervals, with different report templates for different stakeholder audiences. Progress visualizations update as field data arrives. A Node and Express backend handles data ingestion and AI processing. A React and TypeScript frontend serves the dashboard and report views. Google Sheets holds the project data, read through the Sheets API.
